The video file of the replay can be downloaded as an MP4 file after your webinar. There are two ways to do this:

Download from the 'Videos' page

If you wish to download the replay from the 'Videos' page, follow the steps:

  1. Click on the 'Videos' tab at the top of the webinar overview page.

  2. Find the replay you wish to download.

  3. Click on 'Options' > 'Download' > 'Request download'.

Download from the webinar dashboard

If you wish to download from the replay from the webinar dashboard, follow the steps:

  1. Click on your webinar.

  2. Navigate to the broadcast you wish to download the replay of.

  3. Click on 'Replay' > 'Download replay' > 'Request download'.

Download replay by going to the broadcast

It takes about 30 to 60 minutes to get the video ready, after which you will receive an email with the download link. The email is sent to the email address found in your account under 'My account' > 'Personal'.

Please note! The link to download a replay is valid for 7 days. You will need to request a new download link if you want to download the replay again after this period.

The video file contains the video (camera and screen sharing), the slides and any video injections added through our own video upload feature. It doesn’t contain video injections added through YouTube, interactions and/or chat messages.

Please note! The replay download will consist of maximum 5 video injections added through our video upload feature. You can screenrecord or edit the replay as a workaround.

You can play the file using e.g. VLC player or upload the video to a website such as YouTube.

Having trouble editing the video? Upload it to YouTube and download it again. It’s often easier to use the YouTube file format in video editing software. You can also use the YouTube link to release the recording as an on demand or automated webinar.
