Changing your selected camera and microphone is always possible, even when you're already live. This can also be used to, for example, change the angle from which you are seen.
As a member of the webinar team
To change your chosen camera or microphone during a webinar, click the cogwheel icon below the sidebar to your right.
This will open a window where you can change your camera and microphone. Make sure to use the audio indicator below the dropdown menus to check if your microphone is working properly.
As a viewer invited to the stage
Viewers that have been invited to the stage are prompted to select their camera and microphone at the time of being invited and can still change their selections once they’re on stage.
On a computer
Open the ‘Prep room’ or ‘Settings’ tab in the sidebar.
Use the buttons to toggle your camera and/or microphone.
Use the dropdown menus to select the camera/microphone you want to swap to.
Optionally use the ‘Mirror video preview’ to toggle camera mirroring.
On a mobile device
Open the ‘Prep room’ or ‘Settings’ tab in the sidebar.
Use the buttons to toggle your camera and/or microphone.
Use the dropdown menus to select the camera/microphone you want to swap to.
Optionally use the ‘Mirror video preview’ to toggle camera mirroring.
Please note! While viewers that have been invited to the stage can be a speaker on mobile devices, the webinar team cannot.
